Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to ensure brand standards are brought to life in-store. You will lead product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing to optimize the guest experience.

Collaborate with store leadership, execute VM campaigns, and train team members on display techniques. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and familiarity with fashion merchandising or design.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Experience in creating appealing product displays and guest-focused presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experience through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute engaging product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Interacting with guests to understand needs, provide product education, and support omnichannel programs.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training on brand standards and display techniques to colleagues.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
