Job summary

H&M in Pittsburgh is seeking a part-time Visual Keyholder to lead garment presentation on the sales floor and in windows, aligning with the Commercial Handbook and brand standards. The role includes coaching the store team, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, and executing campaigns and floor moves in collaboration with the Department Manager.

You will maintain the Visual Identity, train colleagues on seasonal trends, and ensure smooth daily routines while supporting store KPIs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on Sales Floor & Windows according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities and implement floor moves.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain visual identity through windows, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Execute morning routines and ensure high-quality display standards daily.
• Support store KPIs and participate in store planning and campaigns.
