You will curate styling, oversee campaigns, and coach store colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience while keeping garment care, stock levels, and KPI-driven opportunities in focus.

You will stay abreast of fashion trends and lead trainings to develop the team, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business needs every day.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive with strong communication.
• Fashion interests and leadership skills with experience in dynamic environments.
• Experience improving product presentation and in-store execution.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practises, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Representing yourself and the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan and adapt with Store Management team.
• Launch and maintain the latest global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Ensure stock levels and garment care; provide input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up and identify opportunities with Store Management team.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
