Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join our FAST Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price updates, while delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Expect varied shifts, physically active duties, and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
