Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, and price changes. The role includes merchandise assembly and signage maintenance, and requires delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with prior retail/merchandising experience and the ability to read, write and count accurately. You will coordinate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations and support safety

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs and maintain signage.
• Complete planograms, resets and store price changes accurately and timely.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers as they shop.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Participate in safety training and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
