Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and completing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, a willingness to be flexible, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA framework: Greet, Understand, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
