Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Merchandising Sales Associate to join the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) at a single store. You will own start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience and are 18+. A HS diploma or equivalent is preferred. Expect shifts based on business needs and physical store duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
