Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning tasks from planograms and signage to price changes and fixture assembly. You will support operations and deliver legendary customer service to shoppers daily.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy is needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circulars, price cuts, managers’ specials).
• Perform price changes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers using GURA.
