Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style reflecting our brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow visual merchandising processes.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capable of staying focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leader guidance to include sales goals, events and promotions.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the total store.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing across areas.
• Support and validate execution of visual presentations in partnership with leaders.
• Set overhead spotlights to highlight key merchandising presentations.
• With leader guidance, solve merchandising issues and adjust sets to inspire shoppers.
• Leverage daily interactions to teach team visual standards and signing strategies.
• Maintain backroom organization and current signing tools and fixtures.
• Communicate and support onboarding, learning and skill gap closure.
• Demonstrate inclusivity and ethical conduct in all tasks.
