Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in San Francisco. You will ensure visual moments meet Target's guides and standards to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role involves elevated merchandising, mannequin styling, fixture blocking and ISM elements. The position requires 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.

• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and in-store marketing.
• Set overhead spotlights to highlight key displays and adjust sets for impact.
• Train and onboard team members to uphold visual standards and skills.
