Job summary

The role requires at least 1–2 years of merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced store environment while maintaining safety and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Business acumen and creativity to drive sales.
• Strong understanding of current trends and brand style.
• Lead and influence store teams in merchandising processes.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and multiple devices as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain organized, efficient workload and pace.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leaders to meet sales goals and promotions.
• Perform weekly visual assessments with leaders to improve execution.
• Ensure visual standards are applied across the store to elevate displays.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM initiatives.
• Guide and train team members to improve visual merchandising skills.
• Highlight key presentations with appropriate lighting and signing.
• Teach and reinforce signing, affordability, and visual standards in daily work.
• Keep backroom space organized and up-to-date with signing tools.
