Job summary

Target in Minnesota is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to maintain appealing product presentations and uphold Visual Standards across the store. You will plan daily tasks with leaders, execute weekly visual assessments, and collaborate to support campaigns and ISM initiatives.

The role requires 1–2 years in visual merchandising, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours. Full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership to support sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store visuals and guest experience.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store.
• Support the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM implementation.
