Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in South Portland, ME to manage daily visual workload, execute merchandising plans, and ensure standards across the store. You will collaborate with leadership to drive sales through elevated visual presentation and ISM elements.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload to support sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store visuals and guest experience.
• Ensure visual standards are applied across the store and ISM elements.
• Support and implement the Visual Merchandising strategy and standards.
• Lead and train team members to uphold merchandising quality.
