Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Minnesota to create engaging store visuals and drive guest satisfaction. You will plan and execute displays, manage ISM elements, and maintain brand-aligned standards across departments.

The role requires 1–2 years in visual merchandising, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. You will work with leadership to ensure inventory flow, signage accuracy, and a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and brand style.
• Ability to lead store teams and follow processes.
• Excellent communication across devices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards are followed across the store and ISM elements.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM assets.
• Set lighting and signage to highlight key displays.
• Assist with backroom organization and signing tools.
• Onboard and train team members to reinforce visual standards.
