Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance guest experience by executing elevated visual presentations and adhering to company standards. You will lead in-store displays, mannequin styling, fixture blocking, and ISM elements while collaborating with leadership to meet sales goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and brand style.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes for visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and improve store presentation.
• Ensure visual standards and ISM compliance across the store.
• Support implementation of the Visual Merchandising strategy and standards.
• Guide and train team members in visual merchandising techniques.
• Ensure safe and organized backroom space and signage upkeep.
• Engage with guests to deliver a welcoming experience and solve needs.
