Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload with store activation plan and collaborate with Store Management.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up and identify opportunities.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach targets.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
