Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 to 2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong understanding of trend and style that reflects our brand.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Assess and guide visual standards across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support and validate execution of visual merchandising strategy and ISM elements.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight key presentations and adjust sets as needed.
• Teach team visual standards and signing/affordability strategies during daily interactions.
