Job summary

H&M in Atlanta is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence across the store, delivering a cohesive customer experience. You will organize workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager, launch campaigns on time, and maintain product presentation.

You will coach colleagues, stay current with fashion trends, and ensure alignment with global guidelines while developing talent and upskilling the team for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• We look for individuals with fashion interests and leadership skills who can apply their visual and commercial experience working in a dynamic environment to the role.
• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practises, routines, and tools
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation and styling for the store according to guidelines and trends.
• Coordinate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to plan workload and campaigns.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to stores teams.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations to maintain standards.
