Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual standards and deliver an inspired customer experience through expert styling and commercial presentation.

You will coach store teams, stay abreast of fashion trends, and ensure campaigns and promotions are executed with precision across the store. This role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams to maintain visual excellence.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive and solution focused with effective communication to achieve results cross functionally.
• Leadership skills and fashion interest to apply visual and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with improving product presentation and commercial execution in-store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the omnichannel customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
