H&M Destin is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to curate visual and commercial displays, train the store team, and execute campaigns aligned with global guidelines. You will stay current with fashion trends and competitor activity while ensuring excellent customer experience in-store.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Store Management to plan workload and maximize sales through compelling product presentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in executing visual and commercial curation per brand guidelines (H&M).
• Able to coach and develop store teams on visual and commercial skills.
• Keeps up-to-date with fashion trends, products, brands and competitions.
• Strong planning and workload management in collaboration with Store Management.
• Maintains store presentation and stock presentation according to guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation for the store according to guidelines and calendars.
• Lead and train store teams to uphold high standards of product presentation.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sale activities in line with brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, garment care and allocation input with Store Management.
• Follow OMNI service procedures, routines, and local requirements.
• Support area teams with visual and commercial projects and trainings.
