H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in the United States to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence in-store. You will curate styling according to global guidelines, stay aware of fashion trends, and coach the store team to deliver an elevated customer experience.

The role focuses on executing campaigns, maintaining display quality, and collaborating with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation according to guidelines to enhance the store experience.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and store activations.
• Plan workload in line with activation plans in collaboration with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow up on sales KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
• Provide coaching and upskilling to store teams on visual and commercial standards.
