Ashley Furniture HomeStore is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to craft engaging store displays and layouts that showcase our home furnishings. The role involves coordinating floor plans with the visual leadership, updating seasonal setups, and ensuring the displays align with brand standards.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with store teams to optimize product presentation and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Create visually appealing displays and coordinate layouts for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, POS, and show area regularly to maximize sell-through.
• Maintain store appearance and coordinate with warehouse/housekeeping for upkeep.
• Check-in shipments, tag products, and assist in bi-annual inventory processes.
• Ensure AV standards are followed and communicate visuals to store staff.
• Develop knowledge of products, promotions, and store functions; mentor staff.
