Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. in Troy, Michigan is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute the brand’s store merchandising and commercial strategy, ensuring an attractive image aligned with the client.

You will learn products, fashion trends, and local competition to translate them into in-store layouts and customer experiences. You will lead merchandising standards, train the sales team, coordinate with the Department Manager, and support stock replenishment and returns.

Qualifications

• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review the news, provide locations and mark store/warehouse rotations.
• Execute the best match between store space and product.
• Support product replenishment and capacity in stockroom.
• Analyze product trends and competition to drive actions and results.
• Perform commercial analysis to improve sales and customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards for high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain continuous communication with supervisors and teams.
• Train the sales team in commerciality and support store sales development.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with returns approvals and transactional support as needed.
• Act as a store leader to support the team.
