Zara USA, Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute the commercial strategy and maintain an attractive image aligned with the brand.

You will analyze products, trends and competitors to optimize the store layout and merchandising, while ensuring a superior customer experience. Working closely with the Department Manager, you will lead the sales team, train staff, support replenishment, and drive in-store initiatives, promotions and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual presentation.
• Ability to analyze product trends and competitor activity.
• Leadership and coaching skills for a store team.

Responsabilités

• Execute the commercial strategies and maintain in-store image.
• Review news, assign store/warehouse rotations and optimize space vs product.
• Support replenishment, stockroom capacity and product analysis for better results.
• Ensure high level customer experience with merchandising standards.
• Lead and train the store sales team; collaborate with managers and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and assist with returns when needed.
