Job summary

You will work closely with the Section Manager, train staff in merchandising, and support the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience while ensuring safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities

• Execute the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review news and coordinate store/warehouse rotations.

• Analyze product trends and competitive offerings to drive actions.
• Perform commercial analyses to boost sales and reporting.
• Maintain high merchandising standards for an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain constant communication with supervisors and teams.
• Train the team in commerciality and product knowledge.
• Support store sales team development and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with store-wide tasks to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Support approval of returns and assist transactions as needed.
• Act as a store leader to support the team.
