Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute our commercial strategy and maintain an attractive store image aligned with customer expectations.

You will learn about products, fashion trends and competitors in the local market and translate that knowledge into compelling merchandising and layout decisions. You will collaborate with the Department Manager to identify talent, train the team, ensure stock replenishment, analyze product performance and continuously improve the customer

Qualifications

• Interest in and knowledge of products, fashion trends and competitors in the local retail market.
• Ability to reflect the brand's personality through engaging store presentation and merchandising.
• Willingness to learn and train others to uphold merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review news, assign store/warehouse rotations and optimize space around products.
• Execute best fit between store space and products and support replenishment.
• Analyze product performance, competition and trends to drive actions and sales.
• Perform commercial analyses to improve sales and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain high level customer experience through merchandising standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and store teams, training the team in commerciality.
• Assist department to develop the store's sales team and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support returns approvals and store-wide tasks as needed to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Act as a leader in the store to support the team.
