• Review the news, determine store/warehouse rotations and locations.
• Execute the best match between the store space and the product to boost sales.
• Support product replenishment and capacity in stockroom.
• Perform commercial analysis to drive actions that improve sales and customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure a high level of customer experience.
• Communicate with supervisors and store teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Train the team in commerciality and support the store's sales performance.
