Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. in Tysons, VA is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute the store's commercial strategy and maintain an attractive image aligned with the brand. You will analyze product performance and optimize layouts to engage customers and drive sales.

You will train the team, collaborate with the Section Manager, and ensure safety and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience across the store.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review the news, give locations and mark store/warehouse rotations.
• Execute the best match between the store space and the product.
• Support product replenishment and capacity in stockroom.
• Analyze the product, competition and trends to take actions to improve results.
• Conduct commercial analysis to drive actions that improve sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure a high level of customer experience.
• Communicate with supervisor and store teams to align on goals.
• Train the team in commerciality and contribute to store sales development.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Provide support for store tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with approvals/returns and support transactions as needed.
• Act as a leader in the store to support the team.
