Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. is seeking a Visual Commercial to execute the store’s commercial strategy while maintaining an attractive image aligned with the client. You will learn about products, fashion trends and competitors in the local retail market and translate brand personality into the in-store experience.

You will lead store merchandising, train the team, ensure high customer experience, optimize space, and collaborate with the Department Manager to identify talent and develop the sales team.

Qualifications

• Ability to convey brand personality and attract customers.
• Responsible for store image and layout adaptation to customer profile.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify talent and develop potential talent.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute all the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review news, determine locations and mark store/warehouse rotations.
• Execute best match between store space and product.
• Support product replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Analyze product (shortcomings, competition and trends) to drive actions and improve results.
• Conduct commercial analysis to implement actions that boost sales (Retail, Business Map, product reports, Teams).
• Ensure high level customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards.
• Maintain continuous communication with supervisor and store teams (Managers, Experts, Specialists).
• Train the team in commerciality and retail concepts.
• Assist department to develop the store's sales team.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
• Perform other store tasks as needed for a seamless customer experience.
• Support approval/processing of returns and transactions as needed.
• Act as a leader in the store to support the team.
