You will collaborate with the Section Manager and store leadership to optimize product adjacencies, replenishment, and in-store communications, while upholding safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the commercial strategies set by the company.
• Review news and coordinate store/warehouse rotations.
• Execute best match between store space and product.
• Support replenishment and stockroom capacity.
• Analyze product trends and competition to drive actions.
• Perform commercial analysis to improve sales and communicate with teams.
• Maintain merchandising standards for high-level customer experience.
• Communicate with supervisors and store teams; train the team in commerciality.
• Assist department to develop the store's sales team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide store-wide support for a seamless customer experience.
• Approve or support returns as needed and assist transactions.
