Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Dallas to drive store sales and maximize profitability through expert visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and back of house, plus coaching Associates and managing performance with the store leader.

You will collaborate with Operations & Visual Managers to oversee budgets, inventory, and vendor relations while maintaining brand standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback; receptive to feedback and eager to provide it.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move constantly around all areas of the store and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising; restock and destock per directives with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual changes with management; manage payroll and adapt zone visuals to business needs.
• Lead visual direction from planning through execution, meeting budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
