Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Washington DC to drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role collaborates with Operations and leadership to execute floor plans, plan visual changes, and manage inventory and budgets.

The Visual Lead will guide a team, coordinate shipments, restock, and ensure on-brand presentation while leveraging reporting tools to identify opportunities and support guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience
• Proven leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, stock replenishment and floor set updates
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising in line with directives
• Plan visual floor changes with management and adapt to business needs
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through launch
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities with product placement and stock levels
