Job summary

Alo is seeking a Visual Lead in Dallas to drive store sales through effective visual merchandising in partnership with management. The role requires constant movement on the floor, leadership of Associates, and collaboration with Visual and Operations Managers to optimize product presentation and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Receives and provides feedback well.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Physically able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operations including shipment, receiving and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and restock per directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with management and payroll considerations.
• Execute and maintain visual direction to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use reports with management to identify opportunities for product placement.
