Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store visual merchandising and daily operations, ensuring compelling product presentation and efficient floor activity. The role partners with the Visual Manager to implement directives, manage payroll-influenced changes, and optimize stock levels while maintaining brand standards.

The Visual Lead will guide Associates, balance budgets and staffing, and execute visual programs across shifts, including peak periods and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong decision making.
• Open to feedback and eager to coach others.
• Energetic, upbeat, and able to blend fun with work.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store Visual Merchandising execution including floor sets and replenishment.
• Plan visual changes with the team and adjust to business needs.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager on budgets, reports, and inventory.
• Lead by example and coach Associates for growth.
• Open and close the store following visual standards.
