ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to partner with the Visual Manager and Operations to drive sales and profitability through compelling merchandising and store visuals. You will safeguard visual standards, oversee floor changes, and ensure optimal stock levels while supporting guest experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute directives and improve performance.

• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and adapt to business needs.
• Lead visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use reports to identify opportunities for product placement and stock optimization.
