ALO in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Visual Lead to drive sales growth and profitability through expert Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role focuses on floor presentation, stock management, and timely visual updates to support store goals and guest experiences.

You will coach Associates, lead by example, and collaborate with Operations to manage budgets, reporting, and staffing. The position is full-time with flexible weekend shifts and peak-period availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of core operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, and stock management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restocks and visual changes per directive.
• Plan visual floor changes with the management team and adapt to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities for product placement and stock optimization.
