You will collaborate with Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure effective execution of floor plans, stock management, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong product presentation and stock levels.
• Plan visual floor changes with management on budgets and payroll.
• Lead associates and provide coaching and feedback.
• Use management tools to identify opportunities and adjust merchandising.
