Job summary

ALO in Lynnfield, MA is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through compelling visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role requires moving across the sales floor and back of house, initiating tasks, and coaching Associates to uphold visual standards and guest experience.

You will manage shipments, restocking, floor sets, and use reporting tools to spot opportunities in product placement and stock levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to move across store areas and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain product presentation and merchandising with restock/destock as directed in partnership with Visual Manager.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt visual support to business needs.
• Execute visual direction from planning through execution to meet budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
