Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead in Amherst, NY to drive store sales and profitability through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with the Management Team.

The role requires moving across the sales floor, managing shipments, and collaborating with Visual and Operations Managers. It includes coaching staff, scheduling, and leveraging metrics to optimize product placement and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Willing to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain product presentation and restock according to directives.
• Plan visual floor changes with the team to meet business needs.
• Lead with accountability, provide coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Use reports to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
