Job summary

H&M Grand Rapids is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead in-store presentation and drive a compelling customer experience. The role focuses on executing visual identity, guiding store teams, and actively contributing to sales in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will work closely with the Store Visual Manager to maintain standards, coach colleagues, and support campaigns and floor moves that showcase current fashion trends and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years transferrable experience welcome; previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends; may travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager on additional commercial opportunities.
• Lead floor moves and ensure consistent visual storytelling.
• Maintain high-quality presentation and clear customer flow on the floor.
• Execute campaigns and activities on time according to H&M standards.
