Job summary

AllianceOne is hiring a Visitor Toll Pass Customer Service Agent in Orlando to support the VTP program. The role involves answering calls and emails, handling case management, and resolving disputes while maintaining accurate payment processing and account records.

Occasional travel to COA/CFX sites is required, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree (or equivalent).
• One year of experience in call center and/or customer support, preferably with customer emails.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer VTP phone calls and respond to VTP emails.
• Create case management actions and resolve VTP disputes & adjustments.
• Report daily work duties of the project and manage transponder activities.
• Ensure accuracy of payment processing and account maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone while following toll system procedures.
