Some travel between CFX headquarters and Orlando offices is required, with a remote-work option for a full day as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a call center or customer support role. Spanish/English bilingual preferred, valid Florida driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree (or equivalent).
• One year of call center/customer support experience, preferably with handling customer emails.
• Valid State of Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer VTP phone calls and respond to VTP emails.
• Create case management actions and resolve disputes & adjustments.
• Report daily work duties including transponder management.
• Ensure accuracy of payment processing and account maintenance.
• Follow toll system procedures and compliance standards.
