Winterthur Museum seeks a friendly Visitor Services Assistant to greet guests, answer questions, and help plan visitors’ experiences. You will operate the ticketing POS system, sell tickets, and process payments accurately while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities include sharing information on tours and memberships, coordinating with staff for group visits, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for museum setting or ticketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors to ensure a positive experience.
• Provide information about Winterthur tours, exhibitions, and memberships.
• Use the POS system to sell tickets and take payments accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
