Responsibilities

Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service to Museum visitors and guests.
Sell admissions tickets, audio tours, memberships, and Museum Store merchandise.
Accurately process transactions using point-of-sale and admissions systems.
Assist visitors with questions, directions, accessibility needs, and general information.
Operate and troubleshoot ticketing systems, audio guides, and assistive devices.
Support group tours and special events as needed.
Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming visitor services area.
