Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across data, analytics, AI, architecture, and technology transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field; equivalent experience considered.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing data-fabric and data-mesh architectures, lakehouse platforms, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise Data and AI strategy and operating model.
• Design and implement enterprise data architecture and data products with governance and quality controls.
• Provide hands-on leadership in data modeling, SQL, transformation design, and production-readiness reviews.
• Define strategy for governed agentic AI platform and orchestration harness; ensure auditable outcomes.
