Job summary

Centivo is seeking a VP of Enterprise Data Architecture & Integration to define and drive our data strategy across architecture, governance, and delivery of information assets. You will lead data architecture, governance, and integration services, ensuring secure, scalable data platforms and AI-ready architecture.

In collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Compliance, you’ll enable operational excellence, regulatory compliance, analytics, and partner connectivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10 years leading enterprise data architecture, integration, or enterprise information management.
• 5 years in senior technology leadership.
• Healthcare payer experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise architecture, governance, integration, and platform organizations.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data and integration technologies, preferably within AWS.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise information architecture, canonical data model, and authoritative systems of record.
• Lead enterprise data governance, metadata, lineage, master data management, governance, and data quality programs.
• Lead Enterprise Integration Services for EDI, file-based interfaces, client extracts, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Define enterprise integration standards and reusable data exchange patterns.
• Ensure data architecture supports operational systems, client reporting, analytics, and AI.
• Partner with Analytics to deliver data through trusted metadata and governance.
• Provide executive oversight for availability, monitoring, disaster recovery, and operational excellence of data services.
• Serve as enterprise authority for information architecture and governance.
• Establish a shared semantic/metrics layer for core definitions.
