Jericho Project is seeking a Program Director for the Family Scattered Site program in the Bronx. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and ongoing case management to support housing stability for residents.

The candidate must have extensive experience with mental health histories and homelessness, and preferably supervisory experience. The position reports to the Deputy Chief and is exempt, with annual compensation of $85,000 to $90,000.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a childhood related field (psychology, child development, social work or related field).
• At least two years of experience with individuals with a severe mental health diagnosis.
• At least two years of experience with children with development needs.
• Understand homelessness population and related services.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong written and verbal skills; computer literate.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall quality assurance management for the Family Scattered Site Program and oversee staff data quality.
• Review and audit case records in the electronic case management system for documentation and data standards.
• Set, monitor, and manage the site operating budget within contractual guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry and complete charts with required documentation.
• Recruit, train, and orient new employees.
• Conduct intake interviews and pre-screening for new applicants.
• Coordinate with HRA to ensure eligibility requirements are met.
• Participate in program supervision, staff meetings, and trainings.
• Assist with rent collection and promote housing stability with tenants.
• Provide written reports to Senior Management as required.
