Job summary

The Jericho Project is seeking a Program Director to lead the overall development and daily operations at the Anthony Ave site, supervising staff and ensuring ongoing client case management, chart reviews, and audited records.

The role requires experience with mental illness and substance use histories, a visionary leadership style, and the ability to build partnerships with community providers while upholding Housing First principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services; MSW preferred.
• Extensive experience working with individuals with substance use.
• Strong supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall development and daily operations of the site and supervision of staff.
• Develop and implement program operations and services.
• Ensure services are accessible and aligned with Housing First, Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
