Qualifications

- Proven ability to engage staff and supervise operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and engage staff to drive retention and performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a strong leadership team.
