Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Skilled Nursing Facility on a permanent basis. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high‑quality resident care while fostering a collaborative, resident‑centered culture.

The ideal candidate holds an LNHA license, a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration (Master's preferred), and at least two years of long‑term care leadership.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long‑term care experience.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and maintaining regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure the delivery of high‑quality resident care while meeting or exceeding quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and other regulatory documentation.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
